Job summary

ZS's Insights & Analytics group designs solutions to help clients tackle complex business challenges using advanced data analytics. You’ll work on multiple projects, applying rigorous research and problem-solving in a client-first environment.

You’ll partner with clients to define information needs and implement analysis plans, delivering actionable insights while developing expertise in a client analytics area. A hybrid work model and travel are available.

Qualifications

• MBA with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline or related PhD with business application.
• Experience with advanced modeling techniques and tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong analytic work, motivation, and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their information needs.
• Execute analysis plans to deliver solutions for client information needs.
• Identify data most useful for addressing business questions.
• Interpret and communicate results to clients focusing on business impact.
