Responsibilities

• Manage energy portfolio for assigned desk/region.
• Execute orders/trades for assigned markets.
• May launch market research and data analysis.
• Capture market opportunities based on real-time positions and analysis of market conditions.
• Respond to and manage unexpected events or emergencies that may impact gas/power supply, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risk and minimise disruptions.
• Analyze market conditions and develop trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor and manage trading risks.
• Monitor market trends and prepare daily reports.
• May participate in the development of more complex trading strategies.
• Monitor energy markets, and analyse market conditions, news, and trends to identify potential trading opportunities.
• Ensure all activities comply with trading regulations and market rules.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
