About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our development team and help build high-quality software solutions that support critical business capabilities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an engineer with up to two years of professional experience who is passionate about software development, enjoys solving complex problems, and embraces modern AI-assisted engineering practices. We value strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and a growth mindset more than expertise in any specific programming language. Successful candidates may have experience in C++, Python, Java, or C# and should be comfortable learning new technologies as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business value.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production problems.
  • Utilize modern AI-assisted and agentic development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, automation, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Learn new technologies and programming languages as required by project needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2+ years of professional software development experience outside internship experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C++/ Python/Java /C#
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including: Object-oriented programmingData structures and algorithmsVersion control (Git)Software testing principlesDebugging and problem solving
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for software engineering tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, co-op, research, or personal project experience demonstrating software development skills.
  • Experience with agentic software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing applications, services, APIs, or automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
  • Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
