Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, software integration, or related RF engineering work.
• Experience with C, C++, C#, Python, and/or MATLAB.
• Experience with software integration, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple computing environments.
• Understanding of version control, build processes, testing, and configuration management.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, inter-process communication, or distributed software components.
• Ability to adapt software to different target environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead designer of real-time software development tasks and define requirements for target hardware.
• Lead contributor and author to technical journals and publications.
• Present project reports and support sponsor engagements.
• Mentor junior developers and possibly lead small teams.
• Contribute to white papers and competitive proposals.
• Integrate third-party RF software into the EA-37B mission computer environment.
• Collaborate with external vendors to assess software and modify as needed.
• Develop interfaces between mission applications, middleware, and hardware.
• Support CI/CD workflows, containerized deployment, and automated tests where applicable.
• Prepare technical documentation and integration findings for program execution.
