Job summary

SoloPulse Corp is a dual-use radar company in Atlanta, GA. We seek a senior software engineer to build real-time processing systems at the core of our radar platform. This R&D-focused role emphasizes turning research concepts into high-performance, deterministic software on real hardware.

You will work primarily in C++ and Python, with opportunities in DSP, CUDA/GPU acceleration, high-throughput sensor processing, and embedded computing for drones and vehicles.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience developing complex software systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Experience designing low-latency real-time systems.
• Knowledge of memory behavior, concurrency, data movement, and resource management.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance; U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time software for radar, RF, and high-throughput sensor systems.
• Translate DSP algorithms into efficient C++ and CUDA implementations.
• Design low-latency data processing pipelines for real-time outputs.
• Collaborate with DSP and research engineers to implement algorithms.
• Create software architectures for multi-sensor, real-time systems.
• Profile and optimize C++ and CUDA code for latency and throughput.
• Develop test harnesses, simulation environments, and data collection pipelines.
• Build software that operates under limited CPU, GPU, memory, bandwidth, and power.
