Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Software Engineer for the Battlespace Awareness team. You will develop core tools and contribute to ML infrastructure that optimizes parameters and detects regressions in CI. Expect work on high‑impact defense software with real‑time requirements.

Preferred candidates have ML experience, low-latency systems, and a track record with Python, C++, or Rust. Authorized to work in the US and eligible for a US security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Pro experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C with professional use.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, FP, and REST API design.
• Experience building low-latency or real-time software.
• Experience with testing incl. Robot Framework.
• Comfort with AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex).
• GitHub and CI/CD experience.
• ML background in hyperparameter optimization, anomaly detection, or explainable ML.
• Authorized to work in the United States; eligible for US security clearance.
