Job summary

NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates) in Honolulu, HI is seeking a full-time Neurotechnologist to perform real-time intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures and to collaborate with a team of neurophysiologists and surgeons.

The NT will set up patients for testing, communicate data to the interpreting neurologist in real time, maintain documentation within 24 hours, travel to cover cases as needed, and stay current with credentialing requirements. CNIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or similar.
• CNIM certification required.
• Clinical competence in intraoperative monitoring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time intraoperative monitoring and data interpretation.
• Set up patients for testing and document procedures within 24 hours.
• Communicate results with interpreting neurologist and surgical team in real time.
• Travel to cover cases in other regions as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and credentialing updates; stay current with requirements.
