Job summary

You will work on real-time monitoring products, maintain safety standards, and provide on-site and phone support to customers while aiming for a first-time fix and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, networking and/or information technology or military training.
• 4+ years of hands on networking and infrastructure experience.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure monitoring systems to support data center clients.
• Perform installation and preventive maintenance on monitoring systems.
• Render technical on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and strive for a first-time fix.
• Maintain accurate timecards and expense reports.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE guidelines.
