Job summary

Bayesian Health is seeking a Software Engineer to bridge major EHR systems and our Bayesian platform, turning fragmented clinical data into real-time insights that help clinicians make timely decisions. You’ll own the data integration workstream, collaborate with client technical teams, design ingestion pipelines, write tests, and support go-live with reliable, scalable tooling.

This role demands strong communication across product and engineering and a passion for healthcare data

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years building and deploying data pipelines, including API integration (Python preferred).
Ability to investigate and resolve data correctness end-to-end across services and sources.
Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and relational databases in production.
Experience writing automated integration tests for production systems.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Data Integration & Ingestion: design and implement interfaces and pipelines feeding the platform with real-time data.
Integration Testing & Troubleshooting: implement automated tests and resolve issues with client teams.
Production Deployment & Go-Live: coordinate deployments and provide technical point of contact during go-live.
Integration Tooling & Automation: build tooling and automation, leveraging LLMs to improve velocity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: align data workstream with the broader integration effort.
