Intuitive Machines in Houston, TX seeks a Ground Station Operations Engineer to join our team. The role supports real-time operations of our global ground station network and contributes to test planning for ground hardware and software.

The candidate will work in a cross-functional environment, leading a small subsystem team as needed, and will interface with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ground software and mission control procedures.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in aerospace/ mechanical/ CS/ EE or related discipline.
• M.S. in aerospace or related field with 2+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in ground station development or real-time mission operations.
• Familiarity with test equipment (network analyzers, oscilloscopes).

Responsibilities

• Support real-time operations of IM’s global ground station network.
• Develop test plans for ground station hardware and software.
• Lead a small team of subsystem experts as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ground software.
