Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in real-time microgrid, substation automation, or protection-and-control development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one commercial EMS platform.
• Familiarity with grid-forming inverter controls and hybrid microgrid architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Real-time control applications for grid and protection coordination.
• Implement IEC 61850 GOOSE publish/subscribe maps.
• Design V/f and P/Q droop logic for load shedding and blackstart sequences.
