Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer in Arlington, VA to design and implement real-time signal processing algorithms on GPUs. You will craft CUDA kernels, parallelize algorithms, and integrate with Linux/RTOS environments for high-performance systems.

The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, handling data transfer, and working with RF hardware interfaces. A Secret-level clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or CS field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with C/C++.
• Experience with real-time, GPU-accelerated systems and Linux-based RTOS.
• Experience with NVIDIA development and profiling tools and libraries.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time signal processing algorithms for GPUs.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, ML, RF, and software.
• Parallelize existing algorithms and craft custom CUDA kernels.
• Develop multi-threaded software for multi-core Linux or RTOS environments.
• Ensure high-speed data transfer and low-latency code.
• Interface with TCP/IP, UDP, DDS protocols and configure RF hardware.
