Qualifications

  • Experience with containerized and scalable cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of seismic processing pipeline components, SeisComP and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with CICD infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Python and C++ programming (C++ desirable).
  • Ability to develop migration and system implementation plans.
  • Experience with complex system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interface with technical and non-technical management regularly.
  • Experience researching and evaluating new technology and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, designs, integrates, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains geophysical data processing and archiving software.
  • Leads analyses for geophysical data processing using machine-learning approaches.
  • Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines and test suites.
  • Plans and maintains health monitoring and alerting tools across systems.
  • Monitors real-time performance and ensures timely earthquakes products.
  • Investigates performance anomalies and conducts root-cause analysis with external partners.
  • Collaborates in technical teams on data processing, data exchange, and interoperability.
