Job summary

Energy Company is building the infrastructure for a real-time energy platform in San Francisco. You will design and operate distributed systems, leverage cloud infrastructure, and ensure high-availability operations powering billions of data points daily for a vast network of devices.

Ideal candidates have extensive DevOps experience, expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure, and hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and modern observability tools, plus experience with Kafka/Kinesis for high-throughput

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure or DevOps experience.
• Deep expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Experience with high-throughput data systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and operate systems that process billions of data points per day.
• Enable real-time energy monitoring and control for millions of devices.
