Zoox is seeking an embedded software engineer for the Firmware Platforms team, responsible for developing software for multiple embedded platforms. You will collaborate with electrical engineers and other teams to accelerate application development across projects.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience in real-time embedded software development. Zoox offers a salary range of $165,000 - $200,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing real-time embedded software for distributed electromechanical systems.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, debug, optimize, review, and test software for embedded platforms.
• Develop and maintain board support packages and related software.
• Work with electrical engineers to bring up new embedded platforms.
