Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior program leader to own and drive the real-time Customer Data Platform initiative in Bellevue, WA. You will coordinate delivery across data serving layers, CDP, and real-time ingestion while partnering with product, program, and engineering teams as well as external Google Spanner and Treasure Data resources.

The role requires strong risk management, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to translate technical information into clear business

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan for the real-time CDP initiative.
• Coordinate delivery across data serving layer, CDP, real-time ingestion and streaming.
• Partner with product managers, program managers, engineering, and external resources.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, ownership, and accountability across the program.
• Mobilize contributors and drive progress against the plan.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Summarize complex technical and delivery information for executives.
• Communicate with stakeholders at multiple organizational and technical levels.
• Simplify complex concepts without losing important technical context.
• Maintain visibility across workstreams and spot gaps.
• Drive action in a fast-paced modernization environment balancing speed and quality.
