Job summary

Donatech Corporation in Goleta, CA, seeks a realtime software engineer with an active secret clearance to support a Fortune 500 aero-defense program. You will develop high-assurance C++ software for Linux/VxWorks and other RTOS.

You will test and integrate real-time applications, implement Shell/Perl/Python scripting, and contribute to a Scrum/DevSecOps workflow with CI/CD and TDD. CUDA acceleration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in C++ design paradigms on Linux, VxWorks or other RTOS.
• Experience in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software in C++.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Shell/Perl/Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time software applications in C++ for Linux/VxWorks RTOS.
• Test and integrate real-time software with hardware and simulators.
• Use scripting languages (Shell/Perl/Python) to support automation and build processes.
• Contribute to software development in a Scrum/DevSecOps environment with CI/CD and TDD.
