Qualifications

• 2+ years in AVO, simulation operator, or junior IT/QA role.
• Experience with gaming-style controllers and real-time testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-fidelity driving simulators during live troubleshooting.
• Respond rapidly to simulated events and environmental changes.
• Log and report system behavior for engineering review.
• Assist with hands-on troubleshooting, restarts and data collection.
• Follow tested procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain focus during extended testing periods.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve simulation accuracy.
