Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Manager, Analyst to oversee real property tax operations in Washington, DC, with emphasis on leveraging the PropertyPoint platform. The role requires certification in the Ryan platform and active participation in platform advocacy, training, and data integrity initiatives.

The position is fully onsite in Washington, DC with very limited travel, and offers hybrid options and strong development opportunities within a collaborative tax practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and develop teams.
• Minimum of five years of property tax experience or proven KPI performance in prior roles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work independently and with professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily client service activities and ensure timely, accurate response to client inquiries.
• Mentor Analysts and Lead Analysts; participate in recruit/interviewing and staff development.
• Coordinate and lead multiple projects with a sense of urgency; manage budgets and scope.
• Serve as platform Administrator for PropertyPoint and drive platform improvements with PT teams.
• Provide training and documentation for staff and clients; collaborate with GCC and tax.com teams.
