Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Real Estate Review Lead in the Valuation Services Group to provide nationwide appraisal risk support across commercial real estate, ensuring compliance with policies and USPAP standards. You will oversee procurement, scope development, and report reviews, working with vendors and internal partners to maintain independence and timely progress.

The role requires a State Certified General license, 10+ years of experience, and a strong grasp of USPAP regulations.

Qualifications

State Certified General license is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience performing and/or reviewing commercial appraisals.
Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Self-motivated with efficient time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Comprehensive understanding of USPAP and federal appraisal regulations.

Responsibilities

Evaluate appraisals for commercial real estate collateral nationwide per JPMorganChase policies.
Manage the full appraisal procurement and review process, including scope development and report review for compliance.
Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal partners to support timely progress and uphold independence.
Exercise sound judgment, proactive communication, and independent decision-making.
