The role covers data analysis, model construction, client deliverables, and collaboration with internal stakeholders; requires a real estate or finance background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• Internship or work-study in valuation, corporate finance, or accounting preferred
• Real estate appraisal certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Advanced Excel modeling preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Superior analytical skills and data organization
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Basic understanding of real estate

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating valuation assignments with research and due diligence
• Perform data analysis on large datasets using mass appraisal techniques
• Construct valuation models
• Prepare client deliverables
• Research property details and manage internal records
• Structure required documentation for valuations
• Abstract ownership and lease transfer documentation
• Load client data into databases for analysis
• Cross-reference data from multiple sources
• Draft narrative reports to support analyses
• Participate in client meetings
