Kroll's Global Real Estate Advisory team in Los Angeles is seeking motivated newcomers to contribute to real estate valuation and consulting for acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, and financing. Qualifications

• Pursuing or has a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics with relevant concentration.
• Major GPA of 3.0
• Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jul 2027
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research
• Conduct local, national and international real estate market analysis
• Build financial models using Argus and Excel for various valuation methods
• Gather data through client interactions including interviews with brokers and managers
• Present results clearly and concisely to clients or internal teams
