Ideal candidates are pursuing a related degree with a strong GPA, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative environment. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• GPA 3.0 minimum.
• Graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
• Analyze local, national and international real estate markets.
• Build financial models using Argus and Excel for valuation methods.
• Collect data through client interactions with brokers and property managers.
• Present analysis results clearly and concisely.
• Review industry surveys and demographic trends.
