Job summary

You will leverage Excel, Word, and valuation tools, with travel to client sites as needed. This internship emphasizes hands-on experience and professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site inspections as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); familiarity with Argus preferred.
• Real estate internship or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections and evaluations to support valuations.
• Perform market, industry, and property-level research to support assumptions.
• Prepare due diligence questions and evaluate supporting documentation.
• Engage with market participants to gather data for valuation insights.
• Participate in client meetings and planning sessions on-site and virtually.
• Analyze financial statements and datasets to generate insights for leadership and clients.
• Create deliverables and narratives for real property valuations.
