Responsibilities

• Provides underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to personnel, agents, and customers for title insurance commitments and policies.
• Utilizes underwriting standards within delegated authority to underwrite title insurance issuance.
• Provides guidance on real estate settlement services.
• Issues underwriting standards in line with company processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
