The Opportunity

We’re currently partnering with an Am Law 100 firm that is looking to add a Mid to Senior Associate to its growing Real Estate Transactions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice working across the full real estate investment lifecycle from structuring and formation through to financing, development, and asset management.

You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to a wide range of sophisticated, high‑value transactions while working alongside a collaborative and well‑respected team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working on a broad mix of real estate matters, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Advising both lenders and borrowers on complex real estate financing transactions
• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating joint venture agreements
• Supporting deals across asset classes such as office, multi‑family, industrial, retail, and hospitality
• Collaborating closely with a high‑performing team on market‑leading transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Mid‑level to senior associate with strong real estate transactional experience
• Background in a combination of financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions
• Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers is highly desirable
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Solid academic credentials and prior law firm experience
• Admission to the relevant bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
