Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and due diligence.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take significant responsibility in a deal team.
• High academic achievement.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate documents for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Conduct and manage transactional due diligence.
• Review title, survey, and other diligence materials.
• Coordinate closings and manage closing deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies.
• Manage multiple transactions with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with partners and associates across practice areas.
