Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience may be with law firm or in-house in commercial or residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint development agreements, joint venture agreements, easement agreements, deeds, and financing documents.
• Advise buyers and sellers on complex commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and large-scale residential real estate transactions.
• Analyze development entitlements, zoning-related conditions, proffers, general development plans, and site plan matters.
• Review and resolve title issues, including title commitments, surveys, recorded easements, restrictive covenants, and chain-of-title documents.
• Prepare and review closing documents while coordinating with title companies, escrow agents, lenders, and other transaction participants.
