Responsibilities

• Assist with real estate financing transactions for borrowers, lenders, or investors.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, mortgages, and guarantees.
• Advise on joint ventures, investment structures, development arrangements, and ownership matters.
• Handle commercial leasing as part of larger transactions.
• Assist with foreclosures and distressed real estate matters.
• Review title commitments, surveys, environmental reports, and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate closings and manage deal timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with tax, corporate, finance, construction, land use, environment, and litigation teams.
