Job summary

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, seeks a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 3+ years’ experience to join our Inland Empire office. The candidate will handle complex real estate deals and land use matters in a flexible, hybrid/remote setting with some in-person meetings.

California Bar membership is required. Compensation is merit-based; the firm notes strong salary and bonus potential based on hours and performance.

Qualifications

Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Inland Empire – Remote/Hybrid

Fennemore,an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive,has an immediate need for an attorney with three plus years’ quality experience in real estate and/or land use transactions to join our Inland Empire office.The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial purchasing agreements, subdivided land sales, and should be familiar with residential land sales. A working understanding of California land use and entitlement processes is strongly preferred.

California Bar membership, required. Fennemore offers a flexible work environment. A qualified candidate may fill this role on a substantially remote basis, with the understanding that some in-person work will be required including attending local planning commission and city council meetings, participating in firm events, appearances at hearings, and the like.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation structure is merit-based and considers experience, location and overall performance. Total expected annual compensation for a third year attorney in this position at 1,850 hours before any objective or subjective bonus awards is expected to be$205,000, of which $165,000 is paid monthly and $10,000 per quarterif minimum hours are hit. Additionally, the firm has an objective bonus system, with the average amount for full-year lawyers exceeding$30,000in 2025. On top of this, the firm has a subjective bonus system.

Actual compensation varies based on experience, performance, and billable hours. Full compensation and benefits details will be provided to candidates during the hiring process, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
