Thunder Sun Homes is hiring a Transaction Coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process. We will bring you into our advanced system and train you from the ground up. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
2. Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly.
3. Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible.
4. Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance.
5. Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
6. Ensure inspections are scheduled and coordinate negotiating and completing any necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

1. Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
2. Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
3. Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued.
4. High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
