Job description

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented real estate professional with a passion for streamlining transactions? Big Block Premier is looking for a Transaction Coordinator (TC) to support our growing real estate investment team!


About The Role

As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the acquisition and disposition of properties, ensuring smooth transactions from offer to closing. You’ll leverage FlipIQ technology to track progress, manage documents, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including agents, escrow officers, buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and city officials.


What You’ll Do

  1. Process and approve CAR Offers & Counter Offers
  2. Review and approve escrow documents, disclosures, and inspections
  3. Track and manage all transaction milestones in FlipIQ
  4. Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, escrow officers, and contractors
  5. Assist with property assignments, including contract preparation & approvals
  6. Support the rehab and disposition process – from utility setups to vendor coordination
  7. Manage MLS listings, scheduling, marketing materials, and buyer showings
  8. Ensure earnest money deposits, wholesale fees, and project finances are accurately tracked
  9. Provide high-level communication and follow-up to ensure transactions close smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Real Estate License (Required)
  • Experience in real estate investment, wholesaling, flipping, or acquisitions (Preferred)
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using real estate software & tracking systems

  • Remote Position with occasional office visits
