Job summary

You will provide underwriting support and guidance for title commitments and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient settlement services.

With 5–7 years of title underwriting experience and strong negotiation and communication skills, you will collaborate across teams, apply standards, and contribute to a high-quality risk management

Qualifications

• Law degree required and admission to practice in the state of employment.
• 5–7 years of title underwriting experience.
• Licensed to practice law, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support and authorization for real estate title commitments and policies.
• Apply underwriting standards within delegated authority to title insurance issuance.
• Advise company personnel on real estate settlement services and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Issue underwriting standards and guidelines per established company processes.
