What we’re looking for:

Nexamp is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to provide specialized support for real estate and title matters supporting the third‑party financing of Nexamp projects. You will work across Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners to keep financings moving and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines.

You will be hybrid out of our Boston, Chicago, or Washington DC offices where you will report to the Director, Financing Operations.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate real estate requirements for project financing, ensuring all documentation meets investor and company standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison for title and real estate issues, reviewing title commitments, proformas, ALTA surveys, and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Drive resolution of title defects by effectively managing external partners and internal teams to act promptly and align with Nexamp’s interests
  • Identify and elevate title, survey, and site‑control risks that could delay or prevent funding, and help drive resolution with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate clear, actionable next steps to Portfolio Operations, Finance and Legal teams to support the timely delivery of complete and compliant real estate packages
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration among Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets and external partners to maintain project timelines and proactively address real estate challenges
  • Review real estate and title documentation, including resolutions, affidavits, estoppels and title policies, with a high degree of accuracy and alignment to internal standards and investor expectations
  • Own real estate financing‑readiness tracking across assigned projects, maintaining visibility into status, dependencies, risks and required next steps
  • Track and report progress on deliverables using internal systems and databases
  • Represent Nexamp professionally with lender counsel, title companies and financing partners, building trust and credibility throughout complex transactions
  • Help standardise and improve real estate and title workflows, templates, trackers and playbooks to support repeatable execution across multiple financings
What you’ll bring:
  • 2–4 years of of relevant professional experience, with direct exposure to real estate, title or property transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent transactions while maintaining accuracy and legal integrity
  • Ability to influence internal teams and external partners to drive timely, compliant outcomes
  • Experience collaborating across departments and stakeholders to meet complex transaction requirements
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, evaluate root causes and recommend practical solutions
  • Understanding of how real estate and title deliverables connect to lender, tax equity and financing closing requirements
  • Commitment to Nexamp’s mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow’s climate crisis today.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organisation.
  • Experience in showcasing initiative to improve current work, processes, products and services across the organisation. We value accountability and an ownership mentality.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyse data, identify the root causes of problems and present creative solutions.
  • Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.
