Job summary

Nexamp, based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to support third-party project financing. You will manage title policies, estoppels, surveys, affidavits, and related documents across Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, and Capital Markets.

The role combines collaboration with lenders and partners, risk management, and process improvement to keep financings moving on time.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, title, or property transactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a Paralegal Certificate.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent transactions while maintaining accuracy and legal integrity.
  • Ability to influence internal teams and external partners to drive timely, compliant outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and stakeholders to meet complex transaction requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate real estate requirements for project financing, ensuring all documentation meets investor and company standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison for title and real estate issues, reviewing title commitments, proformas, ALTA surveys, and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Drive resolution of title defects by effectively managing external partners and internal teams to act promptly and align with Nexamp’s interests
  • Identify and elevate title, survey, and site-control risks that could delay or prevent funding, and help drive resolution with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate clear, actionable next steps to Portfolio Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support the timely delivery of complete and compliant real estate packages
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration among Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners to maintain project timelines and proactively address real estate challenges
  • Review real estate and title documentation, including resolutions, affidavits, estoppels, and title policies, with a high degree of accuracy and alignment to internal standards and investor expectations
  • Own real estate financing-readiness tracking across assigned projects, maintaining visibility into status, dependencies, risks, and required next steps
  • Track and report progress on deliverables using internal systems and databases
  • Represent Nexamp professionally with lender counsel, title companies, and financing partners, building trust and credibility throughout complex transactions
  • Help standardize and improve real estate and title workflows, templates, trackers, and playbooks to support repeatable execution across multiple financings

What we’re looking for:

Nexamp is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to provide specialized support for real estate and title matters supporting the third-party financing of Nexamp projects. In this role, you will help ensure real estate deliverables such as title policies, estoppels, surveys, affidavits, and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You will work across Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners to keep financings moving and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines.

You will be hybrid out of our Boston office where you will report to theDirector, Financing Operations.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate real estate requirements for project financing, ensuring all documentation meets investor and company standards

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, evaluate root causes, and recommend practical solutions
  • Understanding of how real estate and title deliverables connect to lender, tax equity, and financing closing requirements

Compensation

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $80,000 - $92,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.
