Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, title, or commercial litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage matters independently.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation involving real estate title disputes and property ownership issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage discovery and participate in depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, title companies, and other parties in real estate disputes.
