Real Estate & Title Claims Litigation Law Partner - Must Have 400K Book of Business and Currently Work at a Law Firm

Seeking Lateral Partner in Real Estate & Title Claims Litigation Law Division

MUST CURRENTLY WORK AT A LAW FIRM

Starting salary - $225K

A yearly bonus is offered that potentially equates to 1M annually

Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm

MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE THEY APPLY TO WORK IN

Our Attorneys At Law Real Estate Litigation And Title ClaimsLitigation team represents a broad range of clients, including developers, lenders, investors, building owners, commercial tenants, and purchasers and sellers of real property. Our attorneys understand real estate law and the intricacies of commercial and residential real estate transactions. We work diligently to advocate for our clients and reduce their exposure, whether inside or outside the courtroom.

  • Disputes arising out of real property purchase agreements or options
  • Commercial, industrial, and retail lease disputes
