Key Responsibilities:

• Studying current market trends
• Following up on lead generation
• Prospecting and engaging with your target audience
• Communicating with your client database
• Researching and analyzing market data, developing comps
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining listings
• Showing homes and guiding clients
• Negotiating offers and contracts
• Creating listing presentations
• Coordinating transactions through to closing
• Assisting sellers and buyers throughout the process
• Coordinating with other professionals like appraisers, lenders, and inspectors
• Gathering client testimonials and feedback

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 completed real estate transactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Understanding of real estate systems and procedures
• Knowledge of real estate technology is a plus
• Familiarity with the Denver Metro area

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is advantageous.
