Job summary

Smart City Realty in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead Realtor to drive personal production and build a high-performing Realtor team. You will mentor agents, manage a strong buyer/seller pipeline, and leverage local market expertise to close deals.

You will recruit and train agents, guide transactions end-to-end, and uphold fiduciary duties while expanding Smart City Realty’s presence in the Chicago market.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Realtor® member.
• $8M in past 12 months OR $10M total closed sales volume OR 30 closed sales transactions.
• Chicago neighborhood experience with comps, coming soon/off-market, and fair market values.
• Negotiation expertise with proven success in multiple offer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Realtors to deliver high performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train Smart City Apartment Locators transitioning to residential sales.
• Coach and support team through transaction management, client communications, and deal strategy.
• Manage relationships with other real estate professionals to grow Smart City’s market presence.
