Job summary

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville invites applications for one full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position in Real Estate within the Department of Finance at the Haslam College of Business.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and ability to engage undergraduates.
• Industry experience or certifications desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Real Estate courses (Principles, Law, Finance, Investment Analysis, Cases).
• Engage with students beyond the classroom to support career readiness.
• Collaborate within the Department, College, and University on curriculum.
