CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Real Estate tax practice in California. You will prepare, supervise, and review engagements and provide customized tax advisory services to clients, working closely with the tax team to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• Two years of relevant tax experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work with other tax team members to resolve complex issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to build careers in tax.
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client exposure and training.
• Work with many great clients in the Real Estate tax practice.
