Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Senior to join our Real Estate tax practice in Massachusetts. In this role, you will prepare, supervise, and review engagements for individuals, corporations, and partnerships while closely collaborating with clients on tailored tax advisory strategies.

You will drive engagement management, develop team members, and expand your technical knowledge through client exposure and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA exam eligible or CPA exam preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.
