EisnerAmper is seeking a Partner to expand our Real Estate Tax practice and lead high-profile client engagements. You will work with a top-performing team, leveraging industry relationships and deep tax expertise to drive growth.

The role supports a hybrid in-office model with three days per week on-site, offering opportunities to mentor staff and shape Tax Services in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of tax compliance/consulting with a niche focus on real estate tax.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Master's Degree in Taxation preferred.
• Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish for real estate tax projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Assist in business development to target client prospects.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Develop knowledge of client business and meet deadlines.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
