Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• 10+ years of tax compliance/consulting with real estate tax focus.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish for real estate tax projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Lead business development with partners and marketing to prospect clients.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Mentor and coach team members and drive developmental goals.
