Dalfen Industrial is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax functions for real estate investments and operating entities. You will manage compliance, develop tax strategies, and support financial reporting with a focus on U.S. real estate tax laws.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with finance, legal, and investment teams. CPA or MT preferred; bachelor’s in accounting/finance required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive U.S. tax experience, ideally with real estate focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state tax codes and partnership taxation.
• Ability to lead projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Manage federal, state, and local income tax returns including real estate structures.
• Develop and execute strategic tax planning to optimize after-tax returns.
• Supervise external resources and ensure timely tax filings.
• Research tax laws to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions per GAAP and reporting needs.
• Manage tax audits and coordinate with advisors and counsel.
