• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial streak and ability to juggle multiple projects.

• Evaluate deals by sourcing and screening potential acquisition opportunities.
• Build cash flow projections, comps, and financial models for preliminary feasibility.
• Draft LOIs and help determine pricing parameters.
• Review due diligence materials from sellers and their reps.
• Research markets, demographics, and prepare market reports.
