Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a REWS Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across the Real Estate lifecycle. You will drive execution of ambiguous projects, develop executive-level presentations, and optimize processes with AI-enabled collaboration tools across global teams.

You will partner with the REWS team and Finance, Employee Success, and other functions to deliver comprehensive solutions, manage budgets, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience within end-to-end Real estate life cycle.
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and AI-enabled collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive projects that are ambiguous, ensuring they achieve the stated strategic objective.
• Be a trusted partner to REWS and cross-functional partners while obtaining approvals and influencing key decisions.
• Leverage project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Effectively manage project budgets and proactive budgeting.
• Create and maintain relationships across REWS and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Execute strategic scenario planning and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Develop and present executive-level presentations with alignment from cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute communication plans to inform stakeholders throughout the project.
• Support change management strategies to maximize adoption.
• Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, innovation, and workplace strategy.
