- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
- Work with sales agent to guide clients to homes.
- Provide detailed, written feedback for clients' search criteria.
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agent and clients.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
- Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
