Job summary

Agents will earn an average of $34 per task with potential for tips. This position allows agents to maintain their existing brokerage affiliations while utilizing full MLS access to show homes. Overview

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Springfield and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks.

Qualifications

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent (We can help you get licensed).
• You must have access to the MLS.
• You must have experience showing homes in the Springfield area.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes (in many markets this requires using an electronic lockbox).

Compensation

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
