Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Lexington and surrounding areas to assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks.

You will be paid per show, with an average of $34 or more per task, and may receive tips for excellent work. Agents remain with their current brokerages; Showami connects agents to clients and offers flexible opportunities in the Lexington market.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed real estate agent.
• Access to MLS required.
• Experience showing homes in Lexington area.
• Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Responsibilities

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Lexington and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )
• You must have access to the MLS
• You must have experience showing homes in the Lexington area.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
